Equiptment Inspection
Test all equipment used to operate, or control functions for the pool. From the power source to the basket inside the pump, every component will have a hand on it. Dates of manufacturing, make, model (if legible), and its operational condition.
Pool Surfaces
Try to ascertain the age and a plausible remainder of life copping, mastic/expansion joint, tile line. Report defects or possible maintenance issues.
Pool water/Non-water features
EXTRA Inspoections points. For $295, the pool inspectio will also include 2 water features
Per Water Features

A water feature is anything that does not control the daily operation of the pool. Waterfalls, sheer descents, water bowl, water streams, ETC.
Fire Features

A fire feature is attached to or controlled by pool automation. I will test and run this feature.
External Chemistry Equipment

External Chemistry Equipment is referring to any equipment that affects the balancing or sanitizing of the pool/spa. Ozone, O2 to O1, Salt systems, Mineral systems and PH injectors.
